Waitlist Privacy Notice
This notice covers the Levyspan website and waitlist. It does not cover the Levyspan app, which has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store:
- your email address
- the sign-up wording you agreed to
- that you signed up on this page
- when you first signed up, when you last submitted the form, and how many times you submitted it
We do not ask for your name, phone number or any portfolio details. Our waitlist database does not store your IP address.
Why we collect it
We use your email to tell you when Levyspan opens. You give us your consent for this when you join the waitlist.
Who handles it
We do not sell your email or share it for advertising. Two kinds of service provider handle it for us, only to run the waitlist:
- Cloudflare stores the waitlist and hosts this website.
- An email service sends our launch email.
These providers may process data outside India.
Security check
When you use the waitlist form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a real person and not a bot. To do this, Cloudflare receives technical details from your browser, including your IP address.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies of its own.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until the waitlist has done its job, or sooner if you ask us to remove it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, which removes you from the waitlist. If you have a complaint about how we handled your data, tell us at the same address.
